Refund & Subscription Policy

Subscription model

Beyond Brain Health offers an annual subscription at $96 per year, billed automatically via Stripe. One subscription covers your entire care journey: all NSRI reports, all four PSNRI timepoint reports, and your Journey Report.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each year on the anniversary of your purchase date. You will receive an email reminder before your renewal date. To prevent renewal, cancel from your account settings before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you retain access to all premium features through the date you paid for.

Refunds

Free tier

The free report (score band, domain breakdown, flags) is always available at no charge and is not affected by subscription status.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Beyond Brain Health does not store card numbers. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
